Ce modèle est spécifique aux Pays-Bas. Les lettres PMC se réfèrent à "Premie van de Maand Club" qui était le club de fidélité des clients de la chaîne d'épicerie Albert Heijn.
Il est très compact et peut fonctionner en mode automatique. Une cellule circulaire autour de l'objectif assure le contrôle de l'exposition. Une très étroite bague permet de débrayer le mode automatique et, dans ce cas, il est possible de sélectionner une ouverture.
C'est un demi-format, donc le viseur est vertical. On y voit une échelle des ouvertures et une aiguille indicatrice de celle sélectionnée par le posemètre. Un cadre lumineux facilite le cadrage.
Il n'y a aucun réglage de distance, l'objectif est un fix-focus.
